Attorney Michele Goens, founder of Generations Law PLC

About Michele Goens

Michele Goens founded Generations Law PLC on a simple belief: estate and probate work is, at its heart, personal. Clients deserve an attorney who knows their name, their family, and their goals — not a case number passed between departments.

Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, litigation, and adult guardianships and conservatorships. She helps clients create wills, trusts, and health-care and financial powers of attorney, and — when the time comes — guides families through probate and trust administration and represents them when disputes arise. Because Michele handles both the planning and what comes after, the guidance clients receive later comes from the attorney who already understands their story.

Before founding the firm in 2010, Michele worked as a trusts-and-estates attorney and as a commercial litigation attorney at boutique Scottsdale law firms — experience that shapes how she plans, to prevent problems, and how she litigates, when problems cannot be avoided. She earned her law degree at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University.

Licensed to practice law in Arizona and federal court.
